This is based upon using the existing color and sheen for walls and ceilings only.
This price covers everything needed for normal wear and tear and includes:
Caulking all nail holes and cracks in walls or ceiling; spackle and retexture to match up to two quarter size holes or seams. Texture over flat areas . Larger holes repaired and textured from $25 to $75.

I also Deodorize and Clean CARPETS. (1bd.-$50.00 2bd.-$60.00 3bd.--$70.00)
Extra cost for real bad stains or pet stains only.

Complete cleaning services available, we will meet or beat most prices.
1 bd.-$140.00 (up to 3 hrs) 2 bd.-$190.00 (up to 4 hrs) 3bd.-$240.00 (up to 5 hrs) These prices cover normal cleaning between tenants. Extra cleaning needed will be charged at $29.50 an hour per person.

Countertop Refinishing starts as low as $75.00 to refinish or re-laminate them.

Pressure Washing: $40.00/hour for small jobs or ask about a daily rate.

ANY MAINTENANCE OR CARPENTRY WORK CAN BE DONE FOR $45.00/hr AND WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU A TRIP CHARGE UNLESS OVER 30 MILES AWAY.

Landscaping- We will definitely beat your current prices for regular lawn maintenance
